How do I return my order?

If you are not happy with your order you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for FREE. To start a return, you have to first contact us at support@kailands.com and we will respond within 48 hours and send you a return shipping label.

NOTE: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

After your return's been confirmed and processed, you'llreceive the refund (minus any delivery costs) using the same payment method that you used for your purchase.We will notify you once we’ve received your return, which will be processed within 10 business days from when we receive it.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Depending on the bank, it can take up to 14 business days for the amount to be credited to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us atsupport@kailands.com.

Do you have an exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges, only refunds.

With our free return policy you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us (support@kailands.com) to initiate the return process.

You just need to return your original order for a full refund and place a new order.

How long would it take to receive my order?

All shipping is FREE globally and delivery takes between 4 to 14 working days.

What if my items are damaged or defective?

We are very sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately via support@kailands.com. Take photographs of your item clearly documenting the damage or defect and send it via the email.

We respond 48 hours with clear information regarding how your claim will be processed as soon as possible.

Please note that the reclamation procedure does not include the option of article exchange.
